By bike

Rent a mountain or an e-bike directly from the Island Pods site. Whether you are heading off into the mountains of Mull or would rather meander down along the shore of Loch Na Keal – we have a bike for you. Full day hire from £30 – £55 incl. helmets. Please pre book to guarantee availability.

On foot

Island Pods is the perfect base for walking enthusiasts. With miles of trails starting directly from your doorstep. Including the climb up Benmore, the only Munro on the Isle of Mull. You can read more about our favourite local hikes here.

On horseback

Situated just along the shores of Loch Na Keal, Mull Pony Trekking is home to a selection of surefooted, native ponies. They offer a variety of treks from short jaunts along the shoreline to full day treks up into the hills.

On the water

You can hire both kayaks and paddleboards locally for exploring the emerald waters surrounding Mull. Salen Bay Hire is based just 10 minutes away from your pod. Discover secret beaches, hidden coves and come face to face with the islands varied wildlife.
